JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 The bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.11.2016 in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 235 of 2016 (Special POSCO Case No. 55 of 2016), pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-I, Patna, with a direction to conclude the trial preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order.

In pursuance to the said direction, a request has been made by the court below seeking further extension of six months' time for concluding the trial.

Accordingly, the court below is granted further six months' time for concluding the trial.
