The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 registered under Sections 304-B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation made in the FIR that soon after the marriage the petitioner and his relatives killed the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.
