JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2025 This Court vide order dated 07.11.2025 had noted by referring to the supplementary show cause filed in the present case that the outstanding amount to the tune of Rs. 17.78 lakhs approximately has already stood paid to the petitioner, however the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought for a short adjournment to verify the same, nonetheless this Court finds that today neither the petitioner is represented by any counsel

Patna High Court MJC No.1317 of 2022(9) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed. Hence, this Court has no reasons to disbelieve the factum of the aforesaid amount having stood paid to the petitioner.

2. In such view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has stood complied with. Hence, the present petition stands dismissed.
