Pursuant to order dated 21.12.2015, supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 2.

In view of the materials brought on record, the Court does not propose to proceed against respondent no. 5 and accordingly the issue stands consigned.

On the merits of the case, from the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 5 on 21.12.2015, it transpires that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid.
