The Petitioners seek bail in Mansi P.S. Case No.136 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that on seeing police party two persons i.e. petitioners threw something in the bush from their waist. The police recovered some fire arms as mentioned in the Seizure List from the said bush. It is alleged that the aforesaid fire arms were thrown by these petitioners. The Seizure List is enclosed with the written report, which does not bear the signature of the petitioners. It transpires from the Seizure List that the place of seizure has been mentioned as maize field of Uto Yadav in village-Thatha.

In view of such, let the Petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S.
