This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail.

Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.53441 of 2022 but on account of suppression of his criminal antecedents and delay in surrendering before the court below, he preferred Cr. Misc. No.20578 of 2023 for modification of the order dated 21.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.53441 of 2022 which was dismissed by an order dated 12.04.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this court is not inclined to consider prayer for second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner and as such, the same stands dismissed.
