The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 112/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from date of receipt of copy of this order.

However, if the trial is not concluded within six
