Ist Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 45(C) of 2013 by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offence under Section 420 of the IPC against the petitioner. Permission is accorded.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

The interim order granted to the petitioner vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45254 of 2013 (3) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 dated 29.10.2013 stands vacated.

The petitioner will be at liberty to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge.
