Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From near a brick kiln liquor was recovered by the authorities and allegation is that the same was of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid material, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48886 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 Gopalganj/Successor Court in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016.
