Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No.141 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 365, 366, 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, there was assault between the petitioners and the informant and it is further alleged that the accused persons have kidnapped the informant's daughter for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and they have falsely

He further submits that the petitioner no.2 Dharmendra Paswan @ Dharmendra Kumar Paswan has instituted Mahnar P.S. Case No.138 of 2019 earlier against the father and other family members of the informant. He further submits that co-accused Mukesh Kumar, Sunni Kumar and Ajay Kumar, who are abused and also assaulted the informant, have been granted anticipatory bail by the court below itself.

However, learned APP for the State vehementally opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No.141 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
