Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Teghra P.S. Case no. 74/2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.1.2021.

Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail by filing the instant petition but no fresh ground has been made out for reconsideration of his bail.

Regard being had to nature of accusation, the bail
