2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have executed sale deed by preparing forged documents.

4. It is submitted that there is no allegation of committing fraud against the petitioner, as the alleged sold land belongs to this petitioner. The dispute is purely of civil nature. Rest of the allegation is super-addition to make the case grave and to harass and humiliate the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the Informant and State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44623 of 2023(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 vehemently oppose the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Chapra, District-Saran in connection with Revilganj P.S. case no . 352 of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
