JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The grievance of the petitioners is non-finalization of pay of the petitioners by special Director (Secondary Education), Patna (respondent no.4).

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter is pending at the level of respondent no.4 since November, 2014. Learned counsel referring to Annexure-13 submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.1 of 2016 (2) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 that the District Programme Officer (Secondary Education) has already examined the claim of the petitioners and recommended pay fixation and thereafter, the matter is pending at the level of the Special Director, respondent no.4 since 2014. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.4 to take final decision in the matter of pay fixation of the petitioners in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order in view of the fact that the competent authority has already examined the claim and recommended for appropriate decision way back in 2014.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
