The petitioners being the mother and brother's wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the specific accusation of demand of gold chain and motorcycle is against the husband of the victim and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35575 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 parents of the victim have not supported the accusation during investigation.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
