The petitioners being the mother and sister of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the grand daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is not specific against the petitioners and investigation has not been concluded with regard to the petitioners. The father of the husband of the victim has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 40518 of 2012

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34524 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 whereas the husband of the victim has already been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 04 of 2012, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners as defaulted for two consecutive occasions.
