2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 28 of 2026 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 69, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have established physical relation with the informant on the pretext of marriage.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner and the informant were in relationship and when the relationship turned sour, this false case has been filed against the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 28 of 2026.
