The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Rail P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has alleged in his written complaint that on 13.07.2017 when he was sitting on platform and waiting for Capital Express, two unknown persons came there and on strength of revolver they snatched his purse, ATM and Aadhaar Card and fled away. Allegation against the petitioner is that a mobile which belongs to the informant was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been remanded in this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37589 of 2018(4) dt.23-08-2018 2/2 case on 24.08.2017 and except these two cases, petitioner is not accused in any other case.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XII, Railway Begusarai (Barauni), in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017.
