1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 536 of 2022 dated 13.11.2022 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner was arrested from his house and as he has criminal antecedent of two cases, he was remanded in the present case also by the police merely on the basis of suspicion and moreover he has been languishing in jail since 15.11.2022 and against him, the investigation has been completed and the instant matter relates to the recovery of

No.43879 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 one country made pistol, two live cartridges, some ornaments etc. and the same are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and co-accused Vikky Kumar but the alleged recovery has been falsely shown from the possession of this petitioner and he is on bail in the cases of his antecedents.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the above submissions and mainly the petitioner's custody period and the completion of investigation against him, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 536 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
