Perused the records. The petitioner has questioned the notice dated 19.9.2014 issued under the signature of the Chief Councillor, Nagar Parishad, Saharsa whereby the date of special meeting was fixed on 27.9.2014 for considering the no confidence motion moved against the Deputy Chief Councillor who is the petitioner before this Court. The pleadings on record is silent as to the outcome of the proceedings in the special meeting held on 27.9.2014.

Since the consequence of the notice has not been questioned in the present proceedings, the writ petition as presently framed has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. (Jyoti Saran, J) Bibhash/- U
