On account of missing of victim who happens to be daughter of informant, a written report was filed on his behalf disclosing therein that during course of search, he came to know that his daughter has been enticed away by Laxman Sah whereunder his brother Ramu Sah also assisted him. Also shown suspicion against Ruby Devi, Bhabhi of Laxman Sah as well as petitioner, mother of Laxman Sah. Statement of victim is Annexure-2 wherefrom it is evident that she had not whispered against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner, Most. Parmila Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-2nd, Purnea in connection with Dagarua PS Case No. 41/2017.
