1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 82 of 2023 registered under section 406, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The prosecution case in short is that on the request of the petitioner, the accused was kept an an employee of informant and the co-accused has left with some gold purchased by the informant.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42409 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 bail.

6. Petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2023. Moreover, he has clean antecedent. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 82 of 2023.
