The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 494 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of pouring kerosene oil mixed with Acid on the body of the informant and snatching Rs.1,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general when only one injury has been found and in the background of family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35493 of 2015 (02) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 dispute the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioners being ladies, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kahalgoan P.S. Case No. 183 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
