JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one co-accused are said to have been caught by the police while they were carrying country made liquor, kept in 173 bottles, each containing 200 ml. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 07.07.2016 and, moreover, even if the aforesaid recovery is assumed to be true, then also, only 34.6 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
