2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

(I) To issue the Writ of Mandamus Order/s Direction to Official Respondents to Released the Vehicle bearing 10 Wheel Trucked Registration No. BR01GL 8266, Chassis No. MAT 448037G5D06238, Engine No.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1430 of 2025(2) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 61D84297555 Connection with Koilwar PS Case No. 117 of 2024 dated 01/03/2024 379/411/34 of IPC and 56 (I)/56 (II) of BM (CPIMTS) Amendment Rules 2021, which is pending in the learned Court of C.J.M, Bhojpur, at Ara, District - Bhojpur, Bihar.

II) Issue a direction to that during the pendency of the this Criminal Writ Petition Entire further proceeding taken against the petitioner in Connection with Koilwar PS Case No. 117/2024 dated 01/03/2024 379/411/34 of IPC and 56 (I) / 56 (II) of BM (CPIMTS) Amendment Rules 2021, which is pending in the learned Court of C.J.M, Bhojpur, at Ara, District Bhojpur, Bihar remains stayed.

3. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, is directed to disposed of the release petition within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
