The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.04.2019. He further submits that the case was registered against unknown, the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Roushan. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
