2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 379, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , while the informant was sleeping in his house, in the meantime these petitioners along with other co-

No.43567 of 2024(2) dt.25-07-2024 2/3 accused persons armed with khanti, tangi, lathi, iron rod etc,. entered into the house of the informant, and on protest by informant, petitioner No. 1 and 2 assaulted him on his head. When wife of the informant came to save him, all the accused persons also assaulted her.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that as a matter of fact on 29.02.2024, the son of the informant namely Gopal Kumar and Ravi brutally assaulted one Rajnikant Kumar ( son of the co-accused Mithilesh Kumar ) for which Rupau PS case No. 07 of 2024 dated 03.03.2024 was lodged against the son of informant and in retaliation , this present and false case has been lodged against these petitioners. Injury allegedly caused by these petitioners are found to be simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.
6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Rupow
