ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 17.5.2013 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in Complaint Case No. 243 (C) of 2013.

It is agreed that now the dispute has come to an end on certain terms recorded earlier.

The counsel for the Petitioners produces a Bank Draft No. 842390 for a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2. The same is handed over to the counsel for the Complainant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15304 of 2014 dt.04-01-2016 2/2 who receives and signs in the margin of the order sheet in token of the receipt of the same.

In view of such, the application is allowed and further Proceedings including the order dated 17.5.2013 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in Complaint Case No. 243(C) of 2013 is hereby dropped.

Further, in the interest of the Parties, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, is directed to consider dropping of Proceedings of Basisth Nagar P.S. Case No. 06 of 2013 and Basisth Nagar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2013.
