JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner was appearing in place of one Santosh Gupta at the recruitment test of Group D employee of Railways.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 542 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Darbhanga.
