The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366 and 366A of the I.P.C. Allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.9.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The victim has been examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C. There is no allegation of physical or sexual abuse against the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.J. 1st-cum-A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, District Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. case No.177 of 2016.
