Petitioner seeks bail in Parsa P.S. Case No.124 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section 414/34 Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 350 Kg. jaggery and 25 Kg. Naushadar was recovered from tempo of the petitioner in which two persons were found sitting.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
