This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Masrak P.S. Case No. 439 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 325, 341, 504, 506, 147, 148 & 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the age of the petitioner and the allegation against him and also the fact that all his sons are accused in this case, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, in connection with Masrak P.S.
