17-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

It has been alleged that after having apprehended by the Buxar police petitioner had made inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement to the effect that he had provided one country made pistol along with seven live cartridges to Awadhesh Paswan in order to facilitate murder of Sanjay Paswan whereupon, Awadhesh Paswan was apprehended and from his possession one country made pistol along with seven cartridges were seized. Though petitioner has got chequered history but considering the nature of the allegation, petitioner Santosh Paswan @ Bhuwar Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
