Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)(A)/26 of the Arms Act.
A loaded country made pistol and two cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the nature of allegation and other facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30821 of 2018(4) dt.07-08-2018 2/2 of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Panapur Police Station Case No.42 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
