No.2199 of 2014, appellant has renewed his prayer for suspension of sentence and grant of bail in the light of the order dated 31.10.2013 wherein while rejecting the prayer of the appellant for grant of bail it was observed that if the appeal is not taken up for hearing within one year, the appellant would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. It is submitted on his behalf that neither the appeal has been taken up for hearing nor there is any chance of the appeal being heard in near future. Appellant is in jail custody since 6th of July, 2011 after conviction and during the trial he was in jail custody for about two months. During the pendency of this appeal, let the sentence imposed upon the appellant, above named, be suspended and he be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees
