Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act as well as Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.
Though petitioner is named in the F.I.R., he has got no criminal antecedent and allegation is that the name of the petitioner surfaced while other co-accused were calling name of their associates asking to flee away seeing the Police party. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2018.

No.30991 of 2018(4) dt.07-08-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Madanpur Police Station Case No.61 of 2010, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
