This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 178 of 2022 registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution story, the young married girl having small child has been killed. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He claims that the deceased committed suicide as she was patient of depression.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46066 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 No material has come during investigation that the deceased was being treated by the psychiatrist, therefore I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
