2. The present case has been filed for issuing a direction upon the respondent concerned to make a proper investigation and recovery of minor daughter of petitioner in Turkauliya P.S. Case No.252 of 2014, registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code which has been lodged by the petitioner for kidnapping his minor daughter.
