Absence from an examination will also amount to not taking an attempt. This is what has happened in the case of the present petitioner, who has failed in first TET examination and did not participate in the second. If the petitioner passes the third TET examination, which has been recently held, she will continue as a teacher, otherwise she has to be shown the door.
