Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that accused persons including the petitioners came and assaulted the informant with iron rod and axe, when wife and sister-in-law of the informant came to rescue they were also assaulted. The accused persons also took away gold chain and wrist watch of the informant. Two persons have also received grievous injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37213 of 2015 (2) dt.14-09-2015 2/2 petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general and the accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute. Moreover there is counter version of the occurrence also. Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
