The remedy for the petitioner would be, may be to sue the Postal Department for non-communication of information within a reasonable time-frame, which prevented the petitioner from participation in the typing test as well as his final selection. The relief or a direction for appointment of the petitioner on the post of Stenographer, which relates to the advertisement issued in the year 2011, is not required to be entertained.
Writ application is dismissed.
