2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 379, 377, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner committed unnatural sex with the son of the informant. During course of investigation, victim has supported the prosecution case.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of the victim, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
