The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madaura @ Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The complaint case is filed after lapse of one and half years of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that when the daughter of the informant did not return from natural call, her husband tried to search her, but he did not find her. Thereafter, her husband-petitioner gave an information in this regard to the concerned Police Station

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-13, Saran at Chapra in connection with Madaura @ Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
