The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assaulting to the informant who is the father of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injury report annexed with this petition as Annexure-2 shows that there is only one lacerated wound on scalp of the informant and met complaints of pain and swelling on right hand. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Susant Sagar, Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Veldi P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
