Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against them. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail which is evident from perusal of annexures 2, 3 and 4 to the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like
