The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner no. 1 is married sister-in-law (Nanad) and petitioner no. 2 is unmarried sister-inlaw (Nanad) of the deceased. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation. It is next submitted that in this case husband of the deceased went to jail and trial has ended in acquittal vide order dated 17.06.2022 in Sessions Trial No. 568 of 2022 and during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41475 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 trial none of the witnesses has supported the allegation made in the FIR. Petitioners claim clean antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
