This application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33577 of 2019 in respect to the name of village and Police Station of the petitioners in the cause title. As the same were inadvertently typed as "Khamain Mathiya" and "Shakurabad" in place of "Amain Mathiya" and "Parasbigha", respectively in petition due to that reason same are also typed in cause title of aforesaid order.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37312 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 The petitioners were allowed pre-arrest bail by this Court in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, vide order dated 22.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 33577 of 2017.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 22.05.2019 is modified only to the extent that the name of village and Police Station mentioned in the cause title of the petitioners be read as "Amain Mathiya" and "Parasbigha", respectively, in place of "Khamain Mathiya" and "Shakurabad", respectively. Accordingly, this modification application is allowed.

Let the period of surrender of the petitioners in the aforesaid case before the court below be extended for six weeks from today.
