2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact the petitioner's truck had been hired by some local coal businessmen for transporting the coal from Kujju to Darbhanga with their valid documents. The VAT was also deposited in Rajauli. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38031 of 2019(2) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
