Informant had alleged that accused Sangita Ojha got the sale-deed in her favour at the instance of Raj Kumar, nephew of complainant/informant relating the land which happens to be allotted to exclusive share of the complainant/informant mischievously. Petitioner stood as a witness upon the sale-deed. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 24.08.2016.

Other co-accused are availing privilege of anticipatory bail and bail under Annexure-2 series. As such, petitioner, Om Prakash Thakur is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar PS Case No. 272/2016.
