2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur (Bypass) PS Case No. 115 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 668.50 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from pick-up van of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
