The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner got appointed as ANM on forged Nursing certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed in 1986 when the issue was raised in 2011 and now the petitioner has been disengaged. It is further submitted that other similarly situated co-accused Sheela Devi has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 7767 of 2014.

No.41241 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and has now been disengaged, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 376 of 2011 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. It is expected from the learned court below to dispose of the bail application of the petitioner preferably on the same day.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
